We are a group of dynamic real estate investors who believes that student accommodation should have the same quality standard as a family house. We aspire to provide students with a restful comfort of home amplified by premium amenities and modern standards. We believe that student years should be happy and carefree - and surely away from the daily rental burden. 

To support this, we are on a mission to buy houses from landlords who don’t have the same belief, fully refurbish them from top to bottom, before offering to students. All our properties have modern facilities with high-speed broadband, SMART TV’s and all-inclusive bills to ensure our tenants can focus on more important priorities!

We have over 20 years of experience in property renovation ranging from residential lettings to HMO’s and grade 2 listed building restoration to residential refurbishment and resale. All our properties are HMO properties are licensed (issued by Swansea council) and we are a registered member of Rent Smart Wales.
