This MODERN and COZY townhouse is conveniently located less than 10 minute walk from the Swansea University Campus, 5 minutes from the beach, and just minutes from the popular Uplands Village with its bustling nightlife, bars, restaurants, and shops. It is situated on the main bus routes (into Swansea town and the Bay Campus) and has ample street parking.
It has been fully refurbished & redecorated in 2022 to the modern taste and standards of today’s students and offers brand-new furniture throughout the house, a fitted kitchen, 3 wet rooms, and a laundry room. Every room comes with a SMART flat-screen TV, high speed broadband, and is heated by a brand-new boiler with all-inclusive bills. In addition, we offer a fortnightly cleaning service for all communal areas (free of charge for the students!).
For your convenience, we operate an all-inclusive policy, so a room rent includes bills, covering gas, electricity, water, tv license, and high-speed internet connection.
